Last updated 31 August 2026
This is the agreement referred to by the acceptance checkbox on the vendor booking form. Booking runs through the calendar for your vendor type, where you choose a date and time, complete the form, and pay. You tick the box there. The full agreement is reproduced below so you can read it before or after you book.
By checking the box and submitting this booking form, I understand and agree to the following legally binding terms:
Payment & Approvals
All payments are due in full upfront. Semi-annual and annual agreements require full payment upon execution. Pricing is locked with no increases during the active term.
Reservations & Rejections
My spot is conditionally reserved upon completion of payment, subject to final booking approval by CNC. If CNC declines my booking for any reason, the reservation will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded in full.
No Refunds & Forfeiture
Except as explicitly provided in the Force Majeure clause below, all payments are strictly non-refundable. Missed events caused by the vendor are forfeited. Multi-month passes are sold as a non-separable, discounted bundle; individual event dates within a pass hold no independent cash value, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for missed dates.
Conduct & Removal
Vendors must maintain professional, respectful behavior at all times. CNC reserves the absolute right to remove or bar any vendor from the event premises without a refund for misconduct, safety violations, or non-compliance with event rules.
Force Majeure
CNC shall not be liable for event cancellations, delays, or venue losses caused by acts of God, extreme weather, government orders, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation: single-event bookings will be credited to a rescheduled date or refunded in full; multi-month pass holders will not receive partial or pro-rated refunds for single cancelled dates within their term.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement must be resolved exclusively in Sacramento County, CA, through mandatory informal mediation, and if unresolved, via binding individual arbitration. Both parties waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
Digital Signature
Checking the mandatory acknowledgment box and submitting this online form serves as my legally binding digital signature.
