What we have built for, what we have checked, and what is still outstanding.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
Our target
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a floor, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target.
What that means here
Body text holds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and large text, borders and interface components hold 3:1. Accent colors are used as fills behind white type, never as type.
Every form field has a real label rather than placeholder text. Every image has alternative text, or is marked decorative where it carries no information. Headings describe the section they head, and link text makes sense read on its own.
The site works by keyboard. Focus is visible and is clearly different from the resting state. There is a skip link to the main content on every page. Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
Animation and hover motion are disabled entirely for anyone whose system asks to reduce motion. Nothing is hidden or made unreachable when motion is off.
What we do not do
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Overlays do not fix underlying problems and frequently interfere with the screen readers and other assistive technology people already use.
Known limitations
Our forms are embedded from a third-party platform. We control the page around them; we do not control everything inside them. If a form is difficult to use, please email us and we will take the information any way that works for you.
Our launch verification pass was completed on 31 August 2026. It covered contrast, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, heading structure, alternative text, and link text across every page.
Video content is currently hosted on Instagram, where captioning is outside our control.
Telling us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened. Most messages get a reply within 1 to 2 business days.
