Last updated 31 August 2026.
Who we are
Cars and Coffee Sac LLC is an automotive community organization based in Sacramento, California. It trades as CnC Sac.
Contact: [email protected]
Postal: 2121 Broadway, PO Box 188221, Sacramento, CA 95818.
Who must be 18
This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to submit information through any form on this site, or 13 with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
What we collect, and from where
Partner program forms at /partners/midnite/member-rate, /partners/relux/member-rate, /partners/relux/member-assist collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, and an optional description of the work you need.
The membership signup form collects your name and email address.
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message.
The newsletter form collects your first name and email address.
The sponsorship form collects your business name, your name, email address, the product you are purchasing, and payment information processed by our payment provider.
The vendor and event forms collect your name, business details, contact details, and booking information.
How we use it
To respond to you, to send you the referral code you asked for, and to contact you about your own referral, booking, or an event.
If you join our mailing list, to email you about CnC Sac events, partner offers, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To take and record payment where you have purchased something.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Who we share it with, and when
If you claim a partner offer, the details you enter on that form and the member code we email you are shared with the partner named on that form, so they can identify you and honor the offer, and so we can verify the referral. Our current partners are Midnite Auto and Re-Lux Collision.
This happens the moment you claim, not when you visit. The partner is notified by email as soon as your claim is submitted.
We share this only with the partner named on the form you completed, and only under the consent you gave on that form. Nothing from the contact form, the newsletter, or a booking is shared with any partner.
We use third-party service providers for website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and payment. They process your information on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Consent and how it is recorded
Each form that shares data or sends marketing carries its own consent checkbox, unticked by default, with its own record. Consent given on one form is not consent for another.
When you submit a form, the wording you agreed to, your response, and a server-side timestamp are recorded against that submission. That record is what we rely on if there is ever a question about what you agreed to.
Tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any tracking begins.
Your rights as a California resident
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to:
Know and access what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, including the specific pieces of information we hold.
Delete personal information we collected from you.
Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including through a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell or share personal information, but the right exists regardless.
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. You will receive the same service and the same pricing either way.
How to exercise them
Email [email protected] with the request you are making, or write to us at the postal address above.
We verify requests by matching the information you give us against what we already hold, usually by confirming from the email address on your record. For some requests we may ask for a signed declaration. If you are an authorized agent acting for someone else, we will ask for written permission or a power of attorney.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days. We respond substantively to requests to know, access, delete, or correct within 45 calendar days. If we need longer we will tell you, and we may take up to 90 days in total. Requests to opt out or to limit the use of sensitive information are actioned as soon as we can and within 15 business days at the latest.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for up to one year after it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Referral records are kept for one year after the related job is completed, because they are the record of a referral we may be paid for.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will email you and post a notice on the site. Prior consent does not carry over to a material change, and we will ask you again.
Minor or administrative changes take effect when posted. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: identification of the work, the exact page or URL where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement made under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature.
